Abstract
For the purpose of these Regulations, prescribed premises means any premises occupied or used for the production or processing of (a) raw natural rubber in technically specified form, latex form or in the form of modified and special purpose rubber; and (b) conventional sheet, skim, crepe, etc. Further provisions regulate the continuance of existing conditions and restrictions in case of change in occupancy, the changes that may alter the quality of effluents, the imposition of acceptable conditions in respect of a licence for the discharge of effluent from prescribed premises. Final provisions concern fees to be paid for the issue of licences.
