Abstract
The generation of any scheduled waste shall be notified to the Director General as per Regulation 3. Further provisions regard the disposal and treatment of scheduled wastes, the reduction in the generation of scheduled wastes and the storage of such wastes. Moreover, Regulation 10 sets forth the duty of waste generators, contractors and occupiers of prescribed premises to provide the information specified thereof.
