Establishment of Marine Parks Malaysia Order 1994.

The islands specified in the First and Second Schedule are declared to be marine parks in the sense of the Fisheries Act 1985. The limit of any area or part of an area established a s a marine park shall be a distance of two nautical miles seaward from the outermost points of the islands specified in Schedule 1 measured from the low-water mark, whereas the marine park of islands specified in Schedule 2 shall extend one nautical mile seaward from the outermost points as measured from the low water mark.
