Abstract
The present Act amends several sections of the principal Act, regarding the formation of the organizations and the financial measures. The principal Act is also amended by adding to Part IV a new Part IVA regulating the confederation of Area and State Farmers' Organizations. Among other minor amendments, the Act is amended by inserting section 24A, which establishes the right of the Registrar or every authorized person to access at all times to the accounting or other records (including records) of every Farmers' Organization.
