Abstract
According to section 5 of these Rules "any licence, permit or certificate issued by a game officer does not absolve the licensee from obtaining any other licence, permit or certificate which may be required under the Ordinance or any other written law". Under this respect, the Rules establish that the licensee must hold a valid permit or licence to possess and use a gun or rifle within the aea specified on a licence issued by a game officer.
Further provisions regard the handling of dead animals or birds, the payment of fees, and the period during which hunting is allowed, upon issuance of a licence by the game officer.
