Abstract
This Act provides for the setting up of a Federal Lands Commissioner, a body corporate which is entitled under section 4 to enter into contracts, acquire, purchase, take, hold and enjoy both movable and immovable property. Sections 7 and 8 refer to rights vested before the commencement of this Act. The Act consists of eight sections.
