Abstract
These Regulations establish Fisheries (Fish Disease Control Compliance for Exports and Imports). They establish the requirements for fish trade, specifying that any person who exports or imports fish products shall: comply with the measures for fish disease control prescribed by the competent authority; origin of the fish from culture system approved by the competent authority; and apply for a fish health certificate by writing to the Director General. In addition, they regulate the application for a fish health certificate, stating that: any person who intends to export shall make an application to the Director General for a fish health certificate. An application for fish health certificate may be withdrawn at any time by the applicant before it is approved or refused.
