Abstract
"No person shall import into, sell, cultivate or keep alive "Pirhanas" (Serrasalmus) in the States of West Malaysia and East Malaysia except with a written permission of the Minister". The Minister may impose conditions at discretion when granting a permission (art. 2). (4 articles)
