Abstract
These Regulations provide for measures to control fish for export to the European Union so as to comply with their requirements.
The Regulations stipulate that any owner of any culture system from where fish is supplied for export to the European Union shall apply for a fish quality certificate to the Director General.
The Regulations further provide for revocation of fish quality certificates, powers of fisheries officers, etc.
