Regulation 37 underwent a minor sentence variation; Regulation 38 has been amended with the insertion of 38 A, dealing with the maximum residue limit of 3-monochloropropane-1,2-diol (3-MCPD)consented in food products; the Fourteenth Schedule is amended by the insertion of a Fourteenth A Schedule , outlining the maximum 3-MCPD content consented in specific food products.
