Abstract
These Regulations amend the Food Regulations, 1985.
Amendments include: insertion of a new subregulation (9) in regulation 14 dealing with expiry dates and storage conditions of food; insertion of a new Regulation 139A on controlled jelly confections; and deletion of item “Red 2G” and related items in the Seventh Schedule.
