Abstract
These Food (Amendment) Regulations (No.2) 2020 are enacted to amend the P.U.(A) 437/85 Food Regulations 1985.
The P.U.(A) 437/85 Food Regulations 1985 are amended by inserting new regulation 386B after Regulation 386A. The new regulation 386B makes provisions for dealcoholised alcohol beverage, including: it's standards, labeling requirements, etc.
