Abstract
Thess Food (Amendment) Regulations 2020 are enacted to amend the P.U.(A) 437/85 Food Regulations 1985.
Regulation 386A of the P.U.(A) 437/85 Food Regulations 1985 is amended. It stipulates that compounded hard liquor - shall contain ethyl alcohol from distillates of agricultural origin; may contain permitted sweetening substances and flavoring substances . Unless provided in these Regulations, compounded hard liquor shall be packed in a glass bottle and the minimum volume shall not be less than 350 ml.
