Food Donors Protection Act 2020 (Act 826).

This Act consisting of 3 articles aims at providing for the protection of food donors from any civil liability and matters connected therewith. It applies to any raw, surplus, cooked, processed, or prepared edible substance, beverage, or ingredient. The Act protects any person from the possibility of incurring any civil liability in case of negative consequences resulting from the consumption of the food donated or distributed by the food donor, except for the cases listed in article 3.
