Abstract
These Regulations provide an infrastructure to control the hygiene and safety of food sold in the country.
The Regulations include requirements for: registration of food premises; conduct and maintenance of food premises; training, medical examination and health condition, clothing and personal hygiene of food handlers; handling, preparing, packing, serving, storing and selling specific food; carriage of food; and offences.
