Food (Issuance of Health Certificate for Export of Fish and Fish Product to the European Union) Regulations, 2009.

These Regulations establish requirements for export of fish and fish products to the European Communities applicable to exporters in Malaysia.
The Regulations set out procedures for applying for a health certificate which allows exporters to export any fish and fish product to the European Union and provide for powers of the Officer of the Food Safety and Quality Division of the Ministry of Heath and of the Food Safety and Quality Unit of the State Health Department.
