Abstract
These Regulations amend the Food Regulations 1985.
Amendments include: insertion, after the word and , of the word transglutaminase, in sub-regulation 63(3); substitution of paragraph 65(2)(9b) with a new paragraph on permitted food conditioners; minor word changes to regulations 106, 146, 147 and 394; insertion of a new regulation 394A on standards for wholesome ice; minor word changes to Schedule 11; and insertion of a new Schedule 29 containing the application form for the licence to prepare ice for trade or business purposes.
