Abstract
The Schedule to the Forests (Constitution of Forest Reserves and Amendment) Enactment 1984 is amended as follows: (a) under the heading "PROTECTION FOREST-CLASS I", (i) by deleting the Forest Reserve "39.Banggi" and the particulars relating thereto, and (ii) by substituting "283376" for "294582" as the total area thereunder;
(b) under the heading "COMMERCIAL FOREST-CLASS II", (i) by inserting in the appropriate columns immediately after the Forest Reserve "37.Kalabakan" and the particulars relating thereto, the Forest Reserve and the particulars thereto as described in section 2 of the present Enactment.
