Abstract
This Ordinance is enacted to authorise the acquisition of land for public purposes.
The Ordinance makes provisions for procedures and rules to be followed for acquisition of land and abandonment of acquisition, temporary occupation of land, determination of claims to compensation, assessment of compensation, compensation to persons interested in adjacent land, special provisions as to leases, etc.
