Abstract
The Malaysian Forestry Research and Development Board (hereinafter “the Board”) is hereby set up. The Board shall, inter alia, provide for the establishment of the Forest Research Institute of Malaysia referred to in section 11. Moreover, a Forestry Research and Development Fund shall be established and maintained by the Board to finance the activities specified by section 15.
