Abstract
These Regulations amend the Malaysian Palm Oil Board (Licensing) Regulations 2005.
Amendments include: substitution of regulation 3 with a new regulation relating to the forms in listed in the Third Schedule; minor word changes to regulation 6; insertion of a new regulation 26A on the registration of conveyance for moving palm oil; substitution of regulation 28 (4) addressing the maintenance and submission of records, books, etc.; insertion of a new subregulation (1A) in regulation 37 on particulars to be filled out in Form MPOB L3; insertion of a new subregulation (2) in regulation 40 specifying the activity of pilfering any oil palm product; substitution of the Third Schedule with a new one on names of forms; insertion of a new item to Part II of the Fourth Schedule; substitution of the Fifth Schedule with a new one on licences fees; insertion of a new heading and new items in the Sixth Schedule; and insertion of a new item after item 23 in the Seventh Schedule.
