Abstract
The purpose of these Regulations is to control and determine the quality of all activities in the palm oil industry including: production and management of palm oil planting material; grading and milling of palm fruit oil; and processing, handling, storage, transportation, etc. of oil palm products. Quality declarations for the export, import and internal trade of palm oil products shall be made to the Board. The Board shall also determine whether to prohibit the type and quality of palm oil products that may be sold, exported, imported, etc., and may set conditions on the sale of palm oil products.
