Abstract
The present Regulations have been adopted by the competent Minister in order to amend and supplement the Malaysian Rubber Board (Licensing) Regulations 1997, No. 516. Precisely, the following regulations are hereby amended: 1, 2, 37, 38, 42, 44, 62, 63 and 65. The Second Schedule and the Third Schedule are modified too. The amendments mainly concern the definitions to be applied in the interpretation of the principal Regulations, the prohibition against packing or shipping rubber for export without certificates, the conditions to be fulfilled for rubber shipping, the application to be submitted to obtain the certificate, the duration and renewal of the certificate and package markings.
