Malaysian Timber Industry Board (Incorporation) (Exemption) Order 2017

The Malaysian Timber Industry Board (Incorporation) (Exemption) Order 2017 exempts: i) an exporter from the provisions on registration under the Malaysian Timber Industry Board Incorporation Act (Act), sections 18A and 20 of the Act, ii) and a supplier and a jetty operator from the provisions on registration under the Act and section 20 of the Act for the activities of exporter, supplier, and jetty operator under the Act related to timber originating from the State of Sabah or timber products manufactured in the State of Sabah.
