Pesticides (Labelling) Regulations 1984.

These Regulations, consisting of 19 Sections, are enacted in accordance with the Pesticide Act 1974 (Act 149).
The Regulations establish information that must be indicated on the label, including: the class of pesticides, instructions for use, statement of warning, etc. The class for pesticides should be printed clearly on the labels of pesticides. Each pesticide label should include enough instructions about safe and effective use of the pesticides.
