Abstract
These Rules provide for procedures for the registration of pesticides. An application for registration or re-registration of pesticides shall be made to the Board. Application and registration fees are provided for in rules 3 and 4. These Rules shall not affect any certificate for registration or re-registration issued under the Pesticides (Registration) Rules 1976.
