Abstract
The conditions for importing cattle for breeding purposes from the United States of America into Malaysia are hereby established. Such conditions include the previous issuance of an import licence, a certificate describing or identifying the animals and a veterinary health certificate to guarantee the wholesomeness of the animals. Moreover, a declaration by the Master or Captain of the Ship or Aircraft on which the animals have been transported is needed as per Regulation 4.
