Abstract
The present Regulations shall apply to the importation of sheep or goats from Australia and New Zealand into Malaysia for slaughtering purposes. In particular, a valid import licence, a veterinary health certificate, a certificate containing a full description or identification of the animals as well as a declaration by the Master or Captain of the ship or aircraft on which the animals have been transported are compulsory for such imports. Lastly, regulation 7 deals with quarantine upon arrival of the consignments in Malaysia.
