Abstract
These Rules prescribe all matters relating to the application of feed-in approvals, including the eligibility criteria of the applicant, the manner of application and duration, forms and standard conditions of the feed-in approval.
The Rules further prescribe the criteria to be met by a renewable energy installation for ascertaining the eligibility of a feed-in approval holder to receive a particular feed-in tariff rate, and provide for fees to be paid in respect of an application for a feed-in approval.
