Revision of Laws (Rectification of Farmers' Organization Act 1973) Order 2002

The Farmers’ Organization Act 1973 is rectified in section 2, in the definition of "agro-based cooperative society" by substituting for the words "the Cooperative Societies Act 1993 [Act 502]" the words "the Cooperative Societies Act 1948 [Act 287], the Cooperative Societies Ordinance 1958 of Sabah [Sabah Ord. 3 of 1958] and the Cooperative Societies Ordinance of Sarawak [Sarawak Cap. 66]".
