Sewerage Services (Licensing) Regulations 1994

These Regulations have been enacted in implementation of Section 45 of the Sewerage Services Act 1993, which empowers the Minister to make regulations in matters connected therewith. In particular, the provisions hereby established shall apply to the granting, validity, renewal and revocation of licences related to the operation and maintenance of sewerage systems and services and other acts or activities for which a licence is required under Part IX of the principal Act. Regulation 11 sets forth the penalty to be applied in case of contravention of these provisions. Moreover, two Schedules, containing the specimens of the application forms, are attached.
