State of Perak Darul Ridzuan Avian Salmonellosis Disease Control and Eradication Area Order, 2000

The whole State of Perak Darul Ridzuan is hereby declared to be disease control area to be known as the Avian Salmonellosis Disease Control and Eradication Area. A written permission to be issued by the State Director or any other competent veterinary authority is compulsory to: (a)move any young bird from any bird farm to any place within or outside the control and eradication area; (b) rear any bird in a bird farm within the control and eradication area. Moreover, the State Director and any other competent veterinary authority may carry out the examinations and require reports and other pertaining information as per section 6.
