Abstract
These Regulations require service licencees operating and maintaining public sewerage systems to desludge private sceptic tanks at regular intervals. Desludging may also be Ordered by the National Water Services Commission. A service licencee may refuse to desludge a sceptic tank containing prohibited effluent.
