Water Services Industry (Licensing)(Exemption) (No.2) Order 2007.

This Order, consisting of 3 Sections, is enacted in accordance with Water Services Industry Act, 2006. It prescribes exemption from holding a licence under the Act.
The Pengurusan Aset Air Berhad shall be exempted from holding an individual licence under the Act. Notwithstanding the exemption granted, the Pengurusan Aset Air Berhad shall comply with the duties and obligations of an individual licensee as if it is an individual licensee under the Act.
