Abstract
This Order, consisting of 4 Sections, is enacted in accordance with Water Services Industry Act, 2006. It prescribes exemptions from holding a licence under the Act.
The Federal Government shall be exempted from holding an individual license and a class licence under the Act. The State Government shall be exempted from holding a class licence under the Act. The extent of exemption is stipulated in Section 4.
