Abstract
This Order prescribes exemption from holding a class licence under the Water Services Industry Act.
Any person who owns a private water supply system or private sewerage system or any part of the system, or undertakes, provides or makes available any water supply services or sewerage services or part thereof by means of operating a private water supply system or private sewerage system, is exempted from holding a class licence under the Act.
