Water Services Industry (Sewerage Capital Contribution Fund) (Amendment) Regulations 2012.

The Water Services Industry (Sewerage Capital Contribution Fund) Regulations 2011 [P.U. (A) 1/2011], are amended Regulation 6 of the principal Regulations are amended by substituting the subregulation 1 establishing that a contribution to the Fund shall be made: a) for non-government project, by a cashier s order, banker s order or bank draft; and b) for government project, by a cheque issued by the government, to Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Air Negara and crossed with the words Account Payee Only . In addition, they substitute the First Schedule establishing the Rate of Contribution for Buildings other than specific Buildings and specifying new Category of Contribution and related Rates.
