Abstract
These Rules amend Water Services Industry (Water Reticulation and Plumbing) Rules 2014. The Rules, except subparagraph 2(a)(ii) and subsubparagraph 2(b)(i)(B), come into operation on 15 April 2015. Subparagraph 2(a)(ii) and subsubparagraph 2(b)(i)(B) of these Rules come into operation on 14 April 2017.
The Water Services Industry (Water Reticulation and Plumbing) Rules 2014 [P.U. (A) 36/2014] are amended in the First Schedule.
