Abstract
These Rules, consisting of 3 Sections and 2 Schedules, prescribe all matters relating to the Water Supply Services Agreement Between the Consumer and Water Distribution Licensee.
A water supply services agreement between a consumer and a water distribution licensee shall be in the form as specified in the Schedule. Any amendments to the water supply services agreement may be made with the prior approval of the Commission.
