Abstract
These Regulations comprising 5 article aim to facilitate the enforcement of wildlife conservation laws while providing a mechanism for offenders to resolve their violations without undergoing lengthy legal proceedings. They outline procedures for compoundable offences committed under the provisions of the Wildlife Conservation Act 2010, specifying that the offences listed in the First Schedule can be compounded. The Director General may offer to compound an offence through a notice. The individual accepting the offer must make the payment through specified financial instruments or other approved methods. The forms for the Notice of Offer to Compound Offences and the Acceptance of Offer to Compound Offences are provided.
