Wildlife Conservation (Exemption) Order 2019.

These Regulations, consisting of 2 articles, exempt companies registered under the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency from section 117 of the Act concerning the keeping, selling, purchasing, importing, and exporting of parts or derivatives of the controlled species Cervus elaphus (European Red Deer). The exemption broadly applies to activities involving the keeping, sale, purchase, import, or export of controlled species listed in the Fifth Schedule of the Act.
