Abstract
This Decree, composed of 3 articles and one Annex, approves the implementing regulation of Mining Act. The Regulation implements Law No. 14/2002 of 26 June 2002 (Mines Act). It is composed of VII Chapters and 7 Annexes, ruling on: mining registry and main competences, mining licensing procedures, promotion of mining activities, monitoring and inspection procedures, applicable sanctions and penalties.
