Abstract
This Decree, under article 51 of Law No. 3/2018 of 19 Junho, authorizes the creation of the commercial company "Águas da Região Sul, Sociedade Anónima", for the management and exploitation of the public water supply service in the southern region of Mozambique, whose water supply assets are allocated to the Water Supply Investment Fund (FIPAG).
