Abstract
This Decree establishes the Agricultural Development Fund (FDA) as a legal person governed by public law, endowed with legal personality, administrative and financial autonomy. It establishes composition, duties and competencies of the above mentioned Fund entitled to perform the following activities: a) Carry out studies, programmes and projects for the development of the agricultural sector; b) Mobilize resources to promote financial services in the agricultural sector; c) Promote, attract and monitor public and private investments for the agricultural sector; and d) Promote the agricultural financial system in rural areas, etc.
