Ministerial Decision No. 40/2016 establishing the Regulation of the National Tourism Institute (INATUR).

This Ministerial Decision, consisting of 9 Chapters, establishes the Regulation of the National Tourism Institute (INATUR). It establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned National Institute, as a legal entity of public law, under the supervision of the Ministries covering the areas of tourism and finance. This Ministerial Decision, according to Decree No. 85/2013 of 31 December, defines principles, activity areas and regulates INATUR organs, nature and powers, structure and functions of the units, delegations, collegial bodies, legal relations of work and career system, etc.
