Ministerial Decision No. 61/2017 approving the Statute of the Provincial Directorate of Mineral Resources and Energy.

This Ministerial Decision, in the exercise of the powers conferred by Article 6 of Decree 24/2015 of 30 October, approves the Statute of the Provincial Directorate of Mineral Resources and Energy. This Statute, consisting of 20 articles divided into four Chapters, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of this provincial institution of the State, in accordance with the principles, objectives and tasks defined by the Government, is entitled to ensure the implementation of geological research, exploitation of mineral, energy and geological resources, and development and expansion of infra-structures for the supply of electricity, natural gas and petroleum products at the provincial level.
