This Ministerial Decree approves the Regulation of the Delegations of the for the Development of Agriculture (FDA) for the Northern, Central and Southern Regions with the respective headquarters in Nampula, Beira and Matola. The Regulation, consisting of 4 articles regulates the aforementioned Regional institutions, which are under the Ministry of Agriculture, and defines their objective, functions, fields of activity and the internal structure.
