Ministerial Order No. 15/2020 creating the Magude Agro-Livestock Penitentiary Production Unit and approving the related Regulation.

This Ministerial Order, consisting of 14 articles, creates the Magude Agro-Livestock Penitentiary Production Unit and approves the related Regulation. This Production Unit is an Autonomous Department, central body of the National Penitentiary Service (SERNAP), which guarantees the implementation of a policy for the development of large-scale agricultural and livestock activity and the sale of goods produced in Magude, as well as the elaboration of plans, programmes and projects related to the convicted labour activity, in the areas of agro-livestock production. In addition, it approves the respective Internal Regulation, defining its nature, functions and competencies.
