This Ministerial Order, composed of one article and one Annex, approves the Statute of the National Institute for the Development of Small Scale Fisheries (IDPPE), created by Decree No. 62/98 of 24 November 1998. The annexed Statute is composed of 18 articles and one Annex divided in five Chapters. It defines IDPPE legal status, mission, main functions and internal structure. The Annex provides the organization chart of the Institute.
