Abstract
This Ministerial Order establishes the labelling, presentation and advertisement specific legal Regime for aquatic food products. This Regime, consisting of 25 articles and 4 Annexes, specifies the requirements to be satisfied in order to give the exact information to the final consumer (restaurants, hospitals or other similar). It specifies the above mentioned specific norms to be applied to all aquatic food products to be put on the market. Annexes establishes classification, nutrition facts, ingredients, food additives and other food standards to be shown on the label.
